Tom Petty's Guitars Stolen !

Petty & the Heartbreakers' guitars stolen

Tom Petty has offered a $7,500 reward for information leading to the return of five guitars stolen from a soundstage in California.

The instruments were taken while Petty and his band the Heartbreakers were rehearsing for an upcoming world tour. The stolen items include a 1967 Blonde Rickenbacker, a Fender Broadcaster and a Dusenberg Mike Campbell Model, which belonged to Petty's sidekick Mike Campbell.

Petty and his band will hit the road on Wednesday in Colorado.
