The breakout star of the first Mexican presidential debate
Sunday night isn't running for office. Not that many viewers -- or most of the
candidates, for that matter -- seemed to mind. Inexplicably, former Playboy
playmate Julia Orayen appeared as an usher at the beginning of the debate,
walking across the stage in a body-hugging white dress with a plunging neckline.
Candidates ogled Orayen (who left plenty more hot and bothered on Twitter), who
was holding an urn containing slips of paper that determined what order
candidates would speak. Your move, Kate Upton.
Update:
The organizers of the debate have issued a statement saying, "We are sorry about the production error
associated with the clothing of one of the assistants during the first
presidential debate and want to apologize to the citizens and the candidates for
the presidency."
