Insane amount of ganja pulled from Pacific Ocean — again

There are some very chilled-out, dopey-lidded fish swimming around in the Pacific Ocean these days. First, 8,000 pounds (worth $3.6 million) of green ganja was pulled from the salty waters near California last month. Now, a remarkable 19,000 additional pounds of marijuana has been yanked out of the sea, this time dumped hastily by three boats in plain view of a military copter overhead. According to reports, the aircraft spotted the boatmen frantically tossing dozens of black hefty bags overboard, each of which contained 100 pounds of pot, before they sped off. No word yet if the runners were ever located, but California sure is going to have some drab dorm rooms this summer.
