Houston pole tax

Folks looking to critique Houston supply of professional strippers will be forced to shell out an extra $5 apiece to do so at established clubs, thanks to a new "pole tax" to be implemented in the next two weeks (what will the money pay for?).  The at-the-door tax was overwhelmingly approved by city officials and is expected to raise some $1-3 million annually (which city is said to have the most strip clubs per capita?).
