Legally, you can't just fling the word 'breastaurant' around anymore

You can call Hooters a lot of things, but you may no longer call it a "breastaurant." That term has now been trademarked by a Texas-based, uh, breastaurant called Bikinis Sports Bar & Grill, which has locations throughout Texas, North Carolina and Oklahoma. And, yes, it is the same Bikinis that got a Texas town to rename itself in the eatery's honor. Company founder Doug Guller says Bikinis is "really excited" about snagging the federal trademark, adding, "It just further solidifies that Bikinis Sports Bar & Grill is America’s ONLY breastaurant®." A dubious distinction, but there it is.
