Lingerie football coach goes on NSFW rant at his players
The ladies of the Legends (formerly Lingerie) Football League are
undeniably tough, playing on with sprains, bruises and breaks. And that's just
their eardrums. If your sensibilities aren't too delicate, check out the obscene
halftime speech coach Chris Michaelson inflicted on his Seattle Mist players
after they had the temerity to give up a touchdown by the Green Bay Chill just
before halftime. At least he didn't go all Mike Rice and start chucking
footballs at them. LFL officials are reviewing the incident, though their
initial reaction was simply, "We don't condone the use of the word 'retarded.'"
Maybe they're just impressed the tirade worked. The Mist dominated in the second
half to win 55-36.
